BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County entered into a long term lease agreement with Community Services Development Corporation (CSDC) for Office Space at 1111 San Felipe Rd, Hollister Ca. in 1992. This lease agreement has been amended several times to increase the amount of space occupied by the County. These amendments included a term date that has now passed, requiring the County and CSDC to amend the lease again. This current amendment will align all occupied areas not in the original lease, with the original lease term date of June 30, 2023.
The amendment lists all said areas with their corresponding lease costs and notes that Section 18 of the original lease does not apply to these areas.
