BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
In a effort to continually provide better Information Technology services and look to the future of serving both residents and internal users, the Internal Services department and Information Technology departments have created a new job specification that provides the building blocks in this endeavor.
Adding the position of Departmental Information Systems Coordinator begins to address the individual systems and software usages of departments. This position works in conjunction with the Information Technology department and the individual departments the position is assigned to.
Many departments have their own unique software systems and the department this position is assigned to will become the expert of that department's system.
