BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
During the FY 18/19 budget hearings for the FY 18/19 Recommended Budget, the Human Resources Manager position was approved in the Internal Services department. Attached is the job description and related salary.
There is currently a Deputy CAO position in the Internal Services department, this will allow for flexible recruiting. The position will be filled at EITHER the Deputy CAO or Human Resources Manager. It is felt the Human Resources Manager is a more appropriately titled position.
