BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) contracts with several counselors for crisis and therapeutic counseling for children and families involved with Child Welfare Services. These contracts are necessary to meet court ordered services and to avoid conflicts of interest when there are multiple children and extended family members involved.
