BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The CSCCWPC program has been actively engaged with ECenter for more than a year as a subcontractor for California Institute Behavioral Health Systems (CIBHS), the contractor hired at the start of the CSCCWPC pilot project to develop and maintain a data tracking and reporting system.
The contract with CIBHS has been terminated by mutual agreement. The CSCCWPC pilot project continues to require a data tracking and reporting system and is therefore seeking to contract directly with the software developer.
The attached contract is for the term October 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 in the amount of $98,000. This amount is within the budgetary limits approved by the State Department of Health Care Services for the CSCCWPC. As the lead agency for the CSCCWPC, San Benito County is obligated to carry the contract.
As a partner in the CSCCWPC pilot project, Mariposa County will be charged a 43% share of the costs.
