BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Health & Human Services Agency - Child Welfare Services (HHSA) is seeking to improve RFA recruitment, training and mentoring activities in effort to increase the number of approved foster families in San Benito County. HHSA currently does not have the capacity or expertise to provide the services needed for the program and therefore requesting to contract with Janelle White for the needed activities.
This contract has a not to exceed amount of $25,000 and is an approved RFA claimable expense. There is adequate funding in the HHSA budget for this contract and there is no impact to the County General Fund.
