BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Health and Human Services Agency, WPC program is moving to a new agreement with CIBHS for a program evaluation and professional development training. The term of this agreement is October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019 for a not to exceed amount of $15,000. The previous agreement with CIBHS has been terminated.
