BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

This CFD will be formed to provide fiscal neutrality for the three subdivisions known as Brigantino, the Bluffs and Fay/Bennett.   This is the first step towards the formation of the new CFD.   The matter will be scheduled for a public hearing, and brought for the Board's final approval at that time.   The Board is requested to establish the Public Hearing date as September 11, 2018.
