Approve and Authorize the Chair to Sign a Lease Agreement with Community Services Development Corp for the Office Space Commonly Known as America's Job Center of California for a term of October 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023 at $7,699.22 per month.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The space commonly know as America's Job Center of California (AJCC) located at 1111 San Felipe Rd., Hollister Suite 107 is currently leased from Community Services Development Corporation (CSDS) by the State of California Employment Development Department (EDD). This lease will expire on September 30, 2018. It is the intention of the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) to take over the master lease of this space on October 1, 2018 as requested by the EDD. HHSA in turn will sub-lease space to the EDD and other AJCC partner agencies as required by the State Workforce Investment & Opportunity Act (WIOA). As per the WIOA MOU with partner agencies, each will share in the sub-lease cost for the space and time used.
The sub-lease with the EDD will be brought to the Board as a separate item once negotiations with the State are complete.
