BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

This resolution is required to be approved every regular meeting until the emergency repair work on Southside Road is completed.  It continues the emergency findings first made on June 7, 2018 and June 14, 2018.  This resolution relates to the letting of emergency contracts under Public Contracts Code 22050, and must be reviewed by the Board of supervisors at every regular meeting until the need for emergency action terminates.
