BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On May 8, 2018, the County entered into a contract with 4 Leaf Inc. to pay for professional service expenses from May 1, 2017 thru June 30, 2018 at a cost of $490,550.00.
The need to continue these services is ongoing, therefore a second amendment is necessary to extend the length of the contract. It is anticipated that RMA will solicit bids for these services during the first half of FY2018-19. The anticipated net County cost is $300,000.00. This expense will be offset by salary and benefit savings of $300,116.00.
