BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
This reimbursement agreement is submitted so that the County fully recovers its costs (internal and external) spent processing this pending application.
Entering into a reimbursement agreement does not obligate the County to approve any given project. Section 5 sets forth the termination procedures should the County ever desire to terminate this agreement.
