BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The Trust for Public Land (TPL) is attempting to acquire the 540-acre Nyland Ranch. They will then convey this land to the San Benito Agricultural Land Trust for conservation and open space purposes. This resolution is in support that process, through the possible acquisition of grant funding.
