BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
At the May 15, 2018, Board meeting staff provided an update on construction options for the proposed Behavioral Health office building as well as funding strategies for the project. At the Board's request, staff is presenting the following options to get direction regarding the Board's preferred option.
Option A: Have architectural consultant proceed with modular construction technique plans. Estimated total project budget of $5,992,139.
Option B: Have architectural consultant proceed with conventional construction technique plans. Estimated total project budget of $8,753,117.
