BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On June 19, 2012, the County entered into a contract with Quincy Engineers to provide engineering services for the Limekiln Road Bridge replacement project at a cost of $356,116.93.
On June 14, 2016, the original contract was amended to add $30,200.00 for additional environmental studies and project design in relation to the bridge replacement project.
The project is ongoing, therefore a second amendment is necessary to extend the length of the contract. It is anticipated the bridge replacement will be completed in FY 2018-19. It is not anticipated that additional funding will be necessary. Therefore, this amendment will not impact the General Fund.
