BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The California Small Counties Collaborative (CSCC) for Whole Person Care consisting of Mariposa, Plumas and San Benito Counties have chosen the Westin of Sacramento as the venue for collaborative trainings. As the lead entity for the CSCC it is San Benito's responsibility to procure the venue. Contracts for three of the five proposed dates are attached. The cost of the hotel rooms are paid by each attending county and the training costs are shared by the counties and reimbursed to San Benito via invoicing process.
The costs of the trainings is incorporated in the 2018-2019 requested budget and there is no impact to the County General Fund.
