BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

At its special meeting of April 2, 2018, the County Planning Commission approved Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM) 15-94 (The Bluffs at Ridgemark).  Following this decision, an appeal to the Board of Supervisors regarding this approval was submitted.  Public notice of a May 8 Board hearing of the appeal was then published in the Hollister Free Lance.

 

Since that publication, the appellant withdrew the appeal.  Therefore neither discussion nor decision will be required of the Board.
