BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Attached is the maintenance agreement with Megabyte Systems for your review and consideration. The agreement covers MPTS Property Tax System Maintenance and Support including SQL Server Database Support, Web Access, and Online Business Property Filing System Upgrade along with Maintenance and Support. The Megabyte Property Tax System is used by the Assessor, Tax Collector, and Auditor for the property tax software application. Upon approval of the maintenance agreement the cost is not to exceed $142,986 and will be recognized in the proposed FY 2018/19 Budget.
