BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Public Health (PH) Division of
the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) has filed for and is
anticipating receipt of the State MCAH contract in the near
future. In an effort to maintain a consistent program, PH is seeking approval
to continue this contract for PH services. HHSA is extremely satisfied
with Nancy Diehl's performance and therefore desires to renew her contract.
The State MCAH contract revenue and
appropriations for Ms. Diehl's contract are included in the FY 2018-2019
requested budget.
