BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
New Test Rental and Use Agreement with CPS HR Consulting is to administer examination materials and proctors for merit System classifications within HHSA and DCSS. These potential employee's would provide civil service through San Benito County. Candidate’s results are scored on the public sector merit system and the results provide the employee’s ability to perform the essential duties of the job, meaning that person’s “merit”. Potential applicants applying for merit service positions must take the test prior to being offered a position within the County.
Agreement key term include the following:
- Invoices paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice (NET 30).
- Effective February 23, 2018, two years thereafter through February 22, 2020.
- Contract may be terminated at any time with a thirty day written notice.
