BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
TSM 07-75B commonly known as the Rodriguez Subdivision located at 2324 Union Road was conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on March 15, 2017. Zone Change 07-52, for a Planned Unit Development, was previously conditionally approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 21, 2011. Copies of the approval notices with the applicable conditions of approval are attached.
Section 23.09.008 of the San Benito County Code requires that a Final Map be submitted to the Board of Supervisors for approval after it has been approved by the County Engineer for complying with the approved or conditionally approved Tentative Map. The County Engineer and the Director of Planning Division have confirmed that the applicant has met the conditions of approval of the tentative map, as reflected in the Approval Notice
The Final Map for Phase 1 (Tract No. 320) is being submitted herewith for the Board's consideration. Following Board's approval, the Final Map will be recorded with the San Benito County Recorder's Office.

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve the attached Final Map for TSM 07-75B (Phase 1), Tract No. 320,
2. Accept on behalf of the public Parcel B and the slope easement appurtenant to Parcel B,
3. Reject Parcel A and the slope easement appurtenant to Parcel A.
4. Authorize Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to sign the Final Map, and
5. Authorize staff to record the Final Map.
