BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Regional Analyst and Planning Services (R.A.P.S.) conducted a thorough review of internal financial controls within the Resource Management Agency (RMA) Department of San Benito County. The results of the review provide ample opportunity for significant improvements to made to policies and procedures in the financial management area. R.A.P.S. made several recommendations that staff believes would be beneficial to RMA. This new agreement provides an agreement between R.A.P.S. and San Benito County to implement those recommended changes.
