BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
In September, an arson fire at the Babe Ruth baseball field at Veterans Memorial Park caused damage to one of the infield light poles. Using the Job Order Contracting process, a work order has been prepared to replace the damaged pole and do some electrical repair. This cost will be covered by the County's insurance. The work will be scheduled in coordination with the Babe Ruth baseball team's schedule. The work will take about a week and will occur in early April.
