BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
In October of 2010, your Board adopted the Santana Ranch Specific Plan, which consists of the development of a residential, mixed used project consisting of a maximum of one thousand ninety-two (1,092) residential units. Due to the scale of the project, it will be done in multiple phases. The developer is seeking to record Unit 9 of which is for 67 lots. Section 23.09.008 of the San Benito County Code (Subdivision Ordinance) requires that a Final Map be submitted to the Board of Supervisors for approval after it has been approved by staff.
The County Engineer and the Director of Building and Planning have confirmed that the applicant has met the conditions of approval of the tentative map as reflected in the Notice of Decision. The Final Map (for Unit 9) is being submitted herewith for the Board's consideration. Following Board's approval, the Final Map will be recorded with the San Benito County Recorder's Office.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
1. Approve the attached FINAL MAP for TSM 12-85, Tract No. 308, Unit 9 (67 lots);
2. Accept all offers of dedication as shown on the Final Map on behalf of public for public use, excluding maintenance of these easements which will be covered by CFD 2015-01;
3. Authorize Chair to sign the Final Map to allow recordation of the map.
