ESPINOSA Approve Group Online Contributions ACH Origination Agreement with HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A., to allow implementation of HSA Accounts for County Employees, and Authorize Ray Espinosa/Steve Coffee to execute any necessary documents subject to the approval of the County Counsel's Office. RYDINGWORD Approve contract for consultant, Mary White in the amount of $98,400.00, for the term of July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017 for public health emergency preparedness. 		13.	HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY - J.
