1) Approve sole source professional services contract with Willdan Financial Services due to their current work for the County, and extensive professional experience; (2) Approve proposal from Willdan Financial Services User Fee Study Update for San Benito County in the total not to exceed amount of $24,925.00 (176 total hours); (3) Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract with Willdan Financial services, in the additional amount of $24,925 for a total not to exceed amount of $70,525; (4) and authorize the CAO to execute any necessary amendments to the contract, not to exceed an additional $7,052 (10% of the contract amount.)
