RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AGENCY - B. BARNES

Report and Discussion on alternatives for the expired Abandoned Vehicle Abatement fee program, and/or discussion of reintroduction of the abandoned vehicle program/fee.  Provide direction to staff.

Discussion of Adjustments including but not limited to the FY 2016-17 County of San Benito, CA Operating and CIP Recommended Budget and approval of Board of Supervisors Resolution submitting claim to San Benito County Council of Governments (COG).

COUNTY ADMINISTRATION OFFICE - R. Espinosa 

Continued discussion regarding proposed Unincorporated Sale Taxes.  Discussion may include but not be limited to length of the proposed sales tax, the percentage amount of the sales tax, whether the sales tax should be a general or special tax, language of a potential advisory ballot measure, and education/outreach efforts.  Also, discussion of public financing options of Capital Improvement Projects including Certificates of Participation (COP), Bonds and other available debt financing options.
