BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County has been recruiting for a Public Health Officer (PHO) for several months and has not been successful in those efforts. During this time the County has been contracting PHO services. Due to recent circumstances the County is now in need of a new contractor for PHO services while we continue to recruit for a permanent position.
The attached contract with Dr. Fenstersheib is for a period of six months, June 28, 2106 to December 28, 2016, with a not to exceed amount of $50,000.
