BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Under a Consent Decree from the U.S. EPA passed onto the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), John Smith Road Landfill is required to operate four extractions wells as part of a groundwater corrective action program. Field Solutions is the vendor selected to perform these services.
The original operational contract for FY15/16 was for $26,900. This contract amendment will add one year to the term, add $32,000 to the contract value. All original annual operational, maintenance, and monitoring tasks will continue to be performed as the base scope of the contract.
