BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The attached reference items were presented to the elected officials at the AMBAG Board meeting. Cities and counties approached AMBAG to do this regional collaborative project. This project sets baseline information for cities/counties to use for planning, public works and emergency service. The County would own the imagery data and is compatible for GIS and CAD software, and County can provide it to whomever they want for their area (County Limits and Sphere of Influence).
The project was initially delayed due to weather, but is now at a time sensitive point in the project now that El Nino has subsided. AMBAG needs signed MOUs from all the participants now who are interested in participating in the project.
