BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

Based on previous actions taken by the Board of Supervisors at a duly noticed public hearing, the property owner is required to complete new Land Conservation Act Contracts when a partial cancellation of an existing contract is completed. These are the remaining parcels which were not part of the Panoche Valley Solar LCA cancellation process. The contracts are ready to be signed and processed for recording. Also, resolutions are required to authorize the establishment of Agricultural Preserves. These documents are submitted for final approval by the Board.
