BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
San Benito County Public Works solicited bids for Water and Wastewater services required to manage Stonegate CSA 31, Cielo Vista CSA 22 and Dunneville Estates CSA 50 water quality and control. During the first contract an administrative oversight did not include the original three year term as intended by staff. It is respectfully requested, the Board of Supervisors approve Contract Amendment #1 that extends the term and original three year annual sum that was intended in the first contract attempt.

It is respectfully recommended the Board of Supervisors:

2. Approve new contract value not to exceed $338,136.00 or $112,712.00 annually.
3. Authorize Chair to sign contract.
