CONSENT AGENDA

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The contract with Nolte Associates, Inc., for engineering consulting services and construction support for the Anzar Road Bridge is set to expire on June 30, 2016. A contract amendment is needed to extend the contract timeline for the final design and preparation of plans and specifications.  This amendment #2 expands the scope of services to add additional tasks relating to new Post-Construction Stormwater Treatment Measures, new required Incidental Take Permit and CEQA Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration, increases the budget by $85,184.00, and extends the term of the contract to June 30, 2018.  All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in place.
