BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Board of Supervisors heard LCA Lot Line Adjustment Application and Compatible Use Applications on December 15, 2015 and rendered a tentative decision for each application pending resolutions containing the written finding. The Lot Line Adjustment Application for Baumgartner Ranch and Compatible Use Applications for Fox Creek Ranch were all tentatively approved.

Adopt the following resolutions and authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign each resolution:
1) Resolution approving a Lot Line Adjustment Application for agricultural preserve (Contract No. 80-017 / 80-018 & 80-021; Baumgartner).
2) Resolution approving a Compatible Use Application on an agricultural preserve for a private event center (Contract No. 76-809; Fox Creek).
3) Resolution approving a Compatible Use Application on an agricultural preserve for use of an existing road as an airstrip for a private small single engine aircraft (Contract No. 76-809; Fox Creek).
