BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Attached is the maintenance agreement with Megabyte Systems for your review and consideration. The agreement covers 2000/2010 MPTS Property Tax System and Support including SQL Server Database Support, Web Access, and Online Business Property Filing Maintenance and Support. This Megabyte Property Tax System is the system used by the Assessor, Tax Collector and Auditor for the property tax software application. Upon Board approval of this maintenance agreement the cost is not to exceed $130,626 and will be recognized in the proposed FY 16/17 Budget.
