BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
A draft opposition letter is attached. Multiple jurisdictions and other entities, such as RCRC, are submitting letters to indicate their opposition to this legislation. Attached the Board will find copies of the draft letter of opposition, a copy of AB 2395, and an analysis of AB 2395 for the proposed legislation is attached.
