STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution approving the collective bargaining agreement between the County of San Benito and the Institutions Association (IA); authorize the County Administrative Officer and County Auditor to take the necessary administrative actions appropriate to effectuate the purpose and intent of this action including signing the final MOU agreement; and authorize the County Administrator or his/her designee to make any technical edits as later identified.
