Authorize 4-H members to perform volunteer service day for the County of San Benito, completing outside cleanup of County property on Southside Road where the 4-H offices are located, and Authorize CAO to approve cleanup in future years.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Local 4-H members would like to perform volunteer service where the 4-H offices are located on Southside Road. Each volunteer will sign a volunteer form, and have a release form signed by their parent. The work will consist of raking and pulling weeds. An adult may perform other work, such as mowing the grass. They would like to perform this work on an annual basis, one time per year.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
1) Approve volunteer 4-H members performing volunteer work on County property on February 18, 2017, and authorize the chair to sign the attached authorization form.
2) Authorize the CAO to approve 4-H club clean-up in future years, and to execute authorization forms similar to the form presented today for future years.
