BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The attached report contains information on the County of San Benito's development impact fees for Fiscal Year 2015/2016. The information is presented to comply with the annual reporting requirements outlined in
Government Code Section 66000 et seq., also known as AB 1600. This annual report is compiled to meet reporting requirements regarding revenues, interest, and expenditures for FY 15/16.
Prior to the Board's approval this Report was made available for public review for a minimum of fifteen (15) days. The attached report was made available for public review at the December 13, 2016 Board meeting; and now requires final review and approval by the Board.
