SBC FILE NUMBER: 160 AGENDA SECTION: CONSENT AGENDA BACKGROUND/SUMMARY: The County currently has two contracts with Shute Mihaly related to solid waste. The first contract is related to the Class 3 landfill. The second contract for work related to the Class 1 landfill needs to be amended and increased by the amount of $5,000, to a new total of $25,000, from the existing total amount of $20,000.
