BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Public Health Department recently secured a lease for office space at 351 Tres Pinos Road in Hollister to relocate their offices from Fourth Street. An architect consultant was retained a few months ago under a small contract to provide conceptual design services for this space. They have completed that work and provided a design that works for the Public Health Department. This contract will authorize the consultant to finalize the design and prepare construction documents needed for bidding purposes.
