BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On October 11, 2016, the Board took action to approve a Health Savings Account which may be used in conjunction with a High Deductible Health Plan, a new offering in San Benito County.
Before the Board of Supervisors on today's date is a Resolution Approving the Restated/Amended San Benito County Flexible Benefits Plan, and the San Benito County Summary Plan Description.
As in previously years, County Employers may pre-tax contributions towards Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and Health Flexible Spending Accounts. Additionally, this year, employees may contribute, if desired, to a Health Savings Account
