BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Cielo Vista, County Service Area 22 (CSA 22) wastewater treatment facility roof is in disrepair, requiring a re-roof. CSA 22 budget does not have adequate reserves for such large maintenance and repair items. Cielo Vista Homeowner Association collected $25,000 from their membership for a roof replacement. Both the Cielo Vista Homeowners and the County desire to perform roofing repairs/replacement. As the lead for all maintenance and repairs the County will provide the administration of the proposed contracted work and Cielo Vista Homeowner Association will reimburse the County costs associated with this effort.

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
