In February of 1994, the Board of Supervisors and the City of Hollister, CA entered into an agreement to consolidate functions for City and County Management of the Class I and Class III Landfill sites with a goal of achieving considerable cost savings related to ground water corrective measures and monitoring.

Staff respectfully recommends that the Board invoke Section 5 of the 1994 Agreement listed herein to terminate said agreement without cause and that direct that the CAO provide the City of Hollister 30 days notice of said termination as required.
