BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
For your consideration, the Board is presented with Meeting Minutes from past Board of Supervisor Regular Board Meetings as well as a request regarding a draft meeting minutes policy.
The Clerk of the Board's Office has been working with CMAP to implement video indexing in the body of the minutes that are available online so as to provide the public with ease of access to discussions of specific topics as well as to maximize scare staff resources within the Clerk's Office.
As previously discussed, video indexing provides the Clerk with the opportunity to draft brief action minutes for approval by the Board. Extended discussions are available online via the County-CMAP webpage link for interested parties to access.
