BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The existing elevator at the Hall of Records (Old Courthouse) is well past its useful life and is in urgent need of replacement. To help select the correct elevator technology and determine what building modifications are necessary, architectural and engineering consulting services are required. Belli Architectural Group was selected through a previous RFQ process and has experience with this type of project.
