BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

 The San Benito County District Attorney's Office uses Lexis Nexis for legal research.  This contract would cost $7,296 dollars per year.  It is the most efficient and cost effective means of conducting legal research as hard copy research materials do not need to be maintained.
