BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

At the August 23rd, 2016 Board Meeting, staff was directed to negotiate contract terms with LSSI.  The attached agreement has been reviewed and approved by both parties.  The record shall reflect that the Administrative Offices of the City of Hollister have confirmed that they will pay one-half the cost of the needs assessment ($7,500.00) as described herein.

Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the attached contract with LSSI in the amount of $15,000.
