Approve out of state travel for Barbara Thompson, Joe Paul Gonzalez, Melinda Casillas, Cynthia Larca and additional attendees as may be designated by the CAO not to exceed a total of seven attendees to attend the New World User Conference to be held on October 2-4, 2016 at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, AZ in accordance with San Benito County Travel Policies and Procedures.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
This conference is for anyone with access to Tyler Technologies' New World ERP Solution, including Finance, HR and Payroll, Utility Billing, and Community Development. All staff, including IT, Managers, and Directors will benefit from sessions and labs.
The cost of attendance for each participant is $1,495.00 (Package A) which includes:
- - 3 days / 2 nights
- - Hotel Accommodations
- - All Sessions & Conference Activities
- - Meals Include: Sunday dinner - Tuesday lunch
Staff has also budgeted $500.00 for each person to purchase round trip flights if the Board approves this request.
