BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Due to the age and condition of the County's existing facilities, they will require increasing amounts of maintenance and repairs. Additionally, they will soon be undersized as the economy improves and staffing returns to normal levels. In order to plan for the future and maximize the limited available funding, a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan is needed. Staff will make a short presentation and explain the need to proceed with an RFP process to procure a consultant to assist with the preparation of this tool.
